Summer Camp

I have been going to camp for over 20 years. There are two camps that I have been to. One is Camp Cheerful in Strongsville, Ohio. This year I went to Recreations Unlimited in Ashley, Ohio. Which is near Columbus, Ohio. They are both camps for physically disabled kids and adults. I had a blast at camp. I made alot of new friends. We got to go swimming in the pool almost every day. We also took a ride in a pontoon boat around the lake. Some people were fishing. I went to a Western Theme dance which was alot of fun. We usually sleep in the cabins, but on Wed. we camped out by the fire and slept in tents with sleeping bags. Even though it was really dark and kind of spooky I had a great time. We did arts and crafts and archery. There is even this huge wooden tower where they put you in a harness and pull you up to the top with ropes. Very cool. I can't wait to back and try out the winter session.
